Shuhei NISHIYAMA

His works are produced by breaking up the visualized world based on a theory of videos and represented through the media's ideas on videos. Makes the works that cut videos and audios into pieces by one pixel and every frame to reorganize time and space. Makes installations, single-channel videos, and live-performance works both in Japan and abroad.

Sung Nam HAN

Director of Art in Country of Tokyo (AICOT) and Interdisciplinary Art Festival Tokyo (IAFT), Sung Nam HAN makes her artworks based on the theme of “What watching a video is,” such as interactive art installations made through a blue background editing method known as keying, wearable / pocketable video works that utilizes smartphones, small cameras or monitors. Also she exhibited AR works and doing art performances focus on the concept of "super linear" that combine video, play and dance. Her activities cover a wide range of areas.

Jangwook LEE

Jangwook LEE is a Director of Hand-made film lab SPACE CELL and also a filmmaker. He is interested in personal film, film performance , and experimental documentary. He is also a committee member of Exis, and his works have been screened in various film festivals and performed at the many theatres.

InYoung Yeo is an independent artist, curator, and director based in Seoul. Her work expands from the artistic materialization of drawing, painting, installation works to curatorial projects with interdisciplinary approaches in topics of Gender, A.I. and urbanization as her main area of research.

Since 2001, she has been presenting works on illustrations and pictures through OekakiBBS and Web media such as pixiv. While developing collaborations with MEGUNINJA (Orta) and co-authoring works, she also examines the collectives in the art and the community. She also makes work real name Natsumi Aoyagi and serves as the director of a practitioner collective called honk books in Tokyo.

Born in Chiba in 1988. Graduated from Tama Art University with a degree of oil-painting. Based on what she did in her childhood and her memories, tries trivial rebels to the world. Since 2009, works as a member of "OLTA", an artist collective, both in Japan and abroad.

Miaoyuan LONG and Zen LU

Miaoyuan LONG is a producer, director, cinematographer, MFA in Creative Media and Bachelor of Management.

Cross-media and cross-region filmmaker. Founder of Story Farm Productions, which dedicated to interdisciplinary media creation. His works were selected and/or awarded by many international film festivals and biennales.

Zen LU is an experimental/electronic musician, sound artist, founder of We Play! Records and Neo Sound new art group and events curator. He’s one of the founders of ChoP, a musical project between China and Poland. He is also a member of N2 New Media Art Lab.

EXPERIMENTAL FILM & VIDEO FESTIVAL IN SEOUL

SEFF: Seoul Experimental Film Festival', which was held from August 24 to 29, 2004, was established as the first experimental film festival in Korea. The following year, the second film festival, which was held from September 7 to 12, 2005, has been expanded to the International Film Festival, renamed the "Experimental Film and Video Festival in Seoul" and continued to now.

VIDEOBARDO International Videopoetry Festival

VideoBardo is a collective of poets, and artists based in Buenos Aires, whose purpose is the archive, dissemination, research, production and education on the language of videopoetry. We define videopoetry as a genre within contemporary art of a hybrid and transdisciplinary nature related to experimental poetry, video art and new technologies. Videbardo started in 1996 and has performed in 23 countries.
